We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage a dynamic team of 9-10 developers specializing in various web development technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing development projects and a solid understanding of PHP development frameworks and platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee a team of PHP developers with expertise in Laravel, WordPress, Shopify, Joomla, ReactJS, NodeJS, Wix, and Webflow.
- Coordinate project tasks, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
- Implement and enforce best practices for development, testing, and deployment.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to accommodate changes and unforeseen challenges.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Handle project cost negotiations with clients to ensure fair and profitable agreements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Project Manager in web development projects.
- Strong knowledge of PHP and related technologies (Laravel, WordPress, Shopify, Joomla).
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks (ReactJS, NodeJS) and website builders (Wix, Webflow).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
